NEW POLICIES ARE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2007
CLEANING FEES:
1 Bedroom - $56.00 plus 12% tax
Penthouse - $74.00 plus 12% tax
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit, or you may purchase a non-refundable security deposit at time of check-in.
CANCELLATIONS: 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.
If for any reason your designated accommodations are not available, we reserve the right to assign you a comparable unit. Rates are subject to change without notice.

- Rates for 1 BR Condo = 2 persons/4 max
- Rates for 2 BR Penthouse = 4 persons/6 max
- MAID SERVICE: Each apartment will have sufficient linen upon occupancy.
- Weekly maid service can be arranged for additional charge.
- Taxes are 7% sales & 5% resort
- Changes or modifications may be subject to $25.00 fee.
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- No jet skis, boats or trailers may be parked on the property!
